How do I store Pomedochi bakes?
We strongly recommend to pick up or order on the day you plan to eat them! Our tarts are best enjoyed chilled on the day of purchase.Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days for storage.
Our mochis does not contain preservatives and have lower sugar content hence, the texture of mochi would toughen over time. Consume mochis on the day of purchase to ensure optimum freshness and texture.

Are your tarts Halal?
We are not Halal certified but we do not use pork, lard or alcohol in all our bakes.

Does your tarts contain gelatine?
Bovine gelatine is used.

Do you make Gluten Free or Vegan tarts?
We do not have them presently unfortunately. However, you may consider our mochis as they are both Gluten free and Vegan!

Are there any restrictions to locations?
We do not deliver to the following areas in Singapore:
Sentosa, Changi Airport, Tuas and Lim Chu Kang

Can I cancel the pick up of my order and choose to have it delivered instead?
Drop us an email at least 3 days in advanced before your pre-order date with the delivery address and we will guide you on the payment process if a delivery top-up is required.

What happens when I am not around during the delivery of my order?
Please ensure to arrange for someone to receive your order between the delivery timing.

If you're not available during the delivery window, our driver will contact you via text or call. You can choose to have your order left outside your home (where safe), with a neighbour, or schedule a same-day redelivery at a fee of $15.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal and GooglePay. You can choose your preferred payment option at checkout.

We do not offer cash payments upon delivery or self-collection.
